Our church was faced with an unexpected… Our church was faced with an unexpected charge for an unknown unfulfilled contract. Lindsay was very helpful, courteous and patient as we explored the source of the problem. We had to pay the debt but Lindsay negotiated a discount for which we were very grateful. Thank you Lindsay!

We had a situation when a Gas contract… We had a situation when a Gas contract didn't go live. Natalie from Pre Action was dealing with the claim and offered a solution to resolve the situation. Being a charity our organization had a process that needed to be followed. Although both parties wanted to resolve the situation in the shortest time possible. Pre Action respected the fact that the process had to be followed which took a couple of months. The finale negotiation with Natalie was handled in a professional and friendly manor with a satisfactory outcome.

PreAction provide a vital service My business has employed the services of PreAction to contact customers that haven't paid outstanding invoices or not taken up contracts we arranged for them. We cant afford to do the job we were asked to do, and that the customer agreed to go ahead with in writing or verbally over the phone for them to cancel or not pay. The people complaining on here should maybe think as to the reason they have been contacted - the fault it yours not preaction's.

Helpful, kind, knowledgable and fair. This was a difficult and unexpected bill from a Broker that we didnt even realise we had done anything wrong. But we had failed to cancel an action with them, without realising that we needed to. Amanda acted on our behalf to help us settle the situation, she was kind, helpful, knowledgable and quickly got down to work bringing our issue to a pallative end. She negotiated a discounted price with the Borker, which we really appreciated. Thank you Amanda for saving the charity some much needed funds.
