Excellent service, great benefits, kind staff Staff at Altra are personable and kind. Not only is there no fee for checking, but you get interest. I had a great experience getting my first mortgage and with refinancing when the interest rates had dropped. My debit card has been protected by fraud alert staff. It just feels both safe and homey to bank at Altra. Even though I moved to the Twin Cities over 8 years ago, I've continued to keep my money at Altra because of the positive experience I have had there.

My daughter just paid off her previous… My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

Normally I would give you 5 stars but… Normally I would give you 5 stars but unfortunately I can't anymore. I have been try to get assistance with your mobile app & got told if I didn't know how to minmize my screen so I could get rid of the code that was sent that did not work & she hung up. Now I am stuck over the weekend since you have no support on the weekend to assist in getting into your account so you can send Uncle So i can send some more money to that they are taxing your SS on again which you have already paid tax on so I am just a little bit frustrated.

I was so stressed with all of the things happening in my life i thought my only option was to default on my loan and give up my car! Added $$ to auto loans without notice I've never had a bad experience with altra until they added $3300 to my auto loan and doubling my monthly payment which i cant afford and with no notice so I can fix my auto insurance!! Something so simple to fix and instead of giving me notice I get screwed! So thank you altra!
