Convenience. Have gotten a number of big loans through Altra federal credit Union in Tyler and Bank there. Everything has always went smooth and never had to even go in the door. Now thats convenience.

Altra is a customer friendly place… When going to the credit Union, and feeling my usual little anxieties at such times, or calling in for an agent (which I don’t want to do), I feel relieved by the warm and friendly way they try to fulfill the request even it’s something out of their range. I’ve been with Altra since about 2009. It’s a specially good place for banking.

I was helped with a billing update/… I was helped with a billing update/ issue with Jeri Lee Weigel. She was a GEM to work with. Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. Folks like Jeri should always be highlighted, someone who takes care of the task at hand with a great warm welcoming attitude!

My daughter just paid off her previous… My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

I was so stressed with all of the things happening in my life i thought my only option was to default on my loan and give up my car!
