GBUpon entering Altra FCU in clarksville… Upon entering Altra FCU in clarksville I was greeted by all the personnel. I opened an account for myself and 2 education accounts for my grandchildren. The ease and simplicity of doing so in the office made me feel confident about choosing Altra for local banking. Later that year I up graded one child's account and opened a savings and checking for my grandson who needed a bank in town. Altra has been most helpful and provide the tools I need to get my banking needs done. Thanks to the staff at Clarksville branch.

GBYou pay a fee to pay a loan. Tried making a payment on a loan over the phone and there's a $10 service charge... Went online to try and make an account and the page wouldn't load, so ended up paying the $10 fee to pay as a "guest". Making your customers pay a fee just to PAY their loan. Smart business decision..

GBHelpful staff! I do most of my banking online. There have been several times when I needed help from one of the staff to complete a more complex banking issue. In each of those cases, I've found whoever I've dealt with to be very competent and very helpful to achieve my goal. That personal touch contrasts with the impersonal hands-off approach from national banks

GBExcellent Employees!! Altra has been phenomenal in helping me keep up with and manage my finances. I recently spoke to Narcica and Mara (I hope I spelled that right) from the loans and credit services departments and they were absolutely AMAZING in helping me pay my auto loan. I called in about 5 minutes before closing and they were so nice and eager to help and it felt like they were treating me like heir own family. Narcica(hopefully) Especially was so eager to help me save money and find the best way to pay for me. These ladies definitely deserve a raise!

GBGlenda Donley - awesome Altra employee! Glenda Donley was so very helpful. I received a fraud alert on my phone and immediately called Altra. They quickly responded and shut down my account for safety. I can only imagine what would have happened if Altra had not caught it! Glenda checked my accounts and reassured me that all is up and running again. Thank you so much Glenda and also to the Ultra team - YOU ROCK!
