Glenda Donley - awesome Altra employee! Glenda Donley was so very helpful. I received a fraud alert on my phone and immediately called Altra. They quickly responded and shut down my account for safety. I can only imagine what would have happened if Altra had not caught it! Glenda checked my accounts and reassured me that all is up and running again. Thank you so much Glenda and also to the Ultra team - YOU ROCK!

Convenience. Have gotten a number of big loans through Altra federal credit Union in Tyler and Bank there. Everything has always went smooth and never had to even go in the door. Now thats convenience.

Fees at ATM Kwik Trip doesn't charge a fee to use its ATM, but Altra has to tack on a fee. That stinks. First of all, Altra's Onalaska location is terrible. Tricky to enter the lot and tricky to exit the lot because of traffic and the crazy way so many people drive. I asked for an ATM location at the Oak Forest location, but my request was ignored. So to circumvent Altra's lack of concern for me, I simply get $500 of 20s so I have a supply of change on hand. There are numerous financial institutions in the area and I'm shopping.

I was helped with a billing update/… I was helped with a billing update/ issue with Jeri Lee Weigel. She was a GEM to work with. Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. Folks like Jeri should always be highlighted, someone who takes care of the task at hand with a great warm welcoming attitude!

Excellent Employees!! Altra has been phenomenal in helping me keep up with and manage my finances. I recently spoke to Narcica and Mara (I hope I spelled that right) from the loans and credit services departments and they were absolutely AMAZING in helping me pay my auto loan. I called in about 5 minutes before closing and they were so nice and eager to help and it felt like they were treating me like heir own family. Narcica(hopefully) Especially was so eager to help me save money and find the best way to pay for me. These ladies definitely deserve a raise!
