My daughter just paid off her previous… My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

The ease and simplicity of doing so in the office made me feel confident about choosing Altra for local banking. Later that year I up graded one child's account and opened a savings and checking for my grandson who needed a bank in town. Altra has been most helpful and provide the tools I need to get my banking needs done. Thanks to the staff at Clarksville branch.

Normally I would give you 5 stars but… Normally I would give you 5 stars but unfortunately I can't anymore. I have been try to get assistance with your mobile app & got told if I didn't know how to minmize my screen so I could get rid of the code that was sent that did not work & she hung up. Now I am stuck over the weekend since you have no support on the weekend to assist in getting into your account so you can send Uncle So i can send some more money to that they are taxing your SS on again which you have already paid tax on so I am just a little bit frustrated.

Altra is a customer friendly place… When going to the credit Union, and feeling my usual little anxieties at such times, or calling in for an agent (which I don’t want to do), I feel relieved by the warm and friendly way they try to fulfill the request even it’s something out of their range. I’ve been with Altra since about 2009. It’s a specially good place for banking.
