Decent support, the only gripe I have is that my closest bank location never keeps its people long. I have stopped even TRYING to memorize the names of the latest staff, lol Love what they do for community outreach, I would like to see more businesses helping the local area.

Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. I have been try to get assistance with your mobile app & got told if I didn't know how to minmize my screen so I could get rid of the code that was sent that did not work & she hung up. Now I am stuck over the weekend since you have no support on the weekend to assist in getting into your account so you can send Uncle So i can send some more money to that they are taxing your SS on again which you have already paid tax on so I am just a little bit frustrated.

You pay a fee to pay a loan. Tried making a payment on a loan over the phone and there's a $10 service charge... Went online to try and make an account and the page wouldn't load, so ended up paying the $10 fee to pay as a "guest". Making your customers pay a fee just to PAY their loan. Smart business decision..

Added $$ to auto loans without notice I've never had a bad experience with altra until they added $3300 to my auto loan and doubling my monthly payment which i cant afford and with no notice so I can fix my auto insurance!! Something so simple to fix and instead of giving me notice I get screwed! So thank you altra!
