They quickly responded and shut down my account for safety. I can only imagine what would have happened if Altra had not caught it! Added $$ to auto loans without notice I've never had a bad experience with altra until they added $3300 to my auto loan and doubling my monthly payment which i cant afford and with no notice so I can fix my auto insurance!! Something so simple to fix and instead of giving me notice I get screwed! So thank you altra!

Upon entering Altra FCU in clarksville… Upon entering Altra FCU in clarksville I was greeted by all the personnel. I opened an account for myself and 2 education accounts for my grandchildren. The ease and simplicity of doing so in the office made me feel confident about choosing Altra for local banking.
