They quickly responded and shut down my account for safety. I can only imagine what would have happened if Altra had not caught it! GBMy daughter just paid off her previous… My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

GBAdded $$ to auto loans without notice I've never had a bad experience with altra until they added $3300 to my auto loan and doubling my monthly payment which i cant afford and with no notice so I can fix my auto insurance!! Something so simple to fix and instead of giving me notice I get screwed! So thank you altra!

GBHelpful staff! I do most of my banking online. There have been several times when I needed help from one of the staff to complete a more complex banking issue. In each of those cases, I've found whoever I've dealt with to be very competent and very helpful to achieve my goal. That personal touch contrasts with the impersonal hands-off approach from national banks
