Helpful staff! I do most of my banking online. There have been several times when I needed help from one of the staff to complete a more complex banking issue. In each of those cases, I've found whoever I've dealt with to be very competent and very helpful to achieve my goal. That personal touch contrasts with the impersonal hands-off approach from national banks

Waiting on the phone takes forever and… Waiting on the phone takes forever and once it is answered they forward your call putting you back into the wait loop, emails go un answered and online chat no longer exists or can be found if it does exist yet. I’m simply trying to get a verification number to use Apple Wallet with my Altra cards and they have ignored every request. Their service is abhorrent and inexcusable.

Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. Convenience. Have gotten a number of big loans through Altra federal credit Union in Tyler and Bank there. Everything has always went smooth and never had to even go in the door. Now thats convenience.
