GBWaiting on the phone takes forever and… Waiting on the phone takes forever and once it is answered they forward your call putting you back into the wait loop, emails go un answered and online chat no longer exists or can be found if it does exist yet. I’m simply trying to get a verification number to use Apple Wallet with my Altra cards and they have ignored every request. Their service is abhorrent and inexcusable.

GBAltra is a customer friendly place… When going to the credit Union, and feeling my usual little anxieties at such times, or calling in for an agent (which I don’t want to do), I feel relieved by the warm and friendly way they try to fulfill the request even it’s something out of their range. I’ve been with Altra since about 2009. It’s a specially good place for banking.

GBMy daughter just paid off her previous… My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

GBI was helped with a billing update/… I was helped with a billing update/ issue with Jeri Lee Weigel. She was a GEM to work with. Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. Folks like Jeri should always be highlighted, someone who takes care of the task at hand with a great warm welcoming attitude!
