Glenda Donley - awesome Altra employee! Glenda Donley was so very helpful. I received a fraud alert on my phone and immediately called Altra. They quickly responded and shut down my account for safety. I can only imagine what would have happened if Altra had not caught it! My daughter just paid off her previous… My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

Decent support, the only gripe I have is that my closest bank location never keeps its people long. I have stopped even TRYING to memorize the names of the latest staff, lol Love what they do for community outreach, I would like to see more businesses helping the local area.
