Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. Fraud - Lack of accountability and assistance Some impersonated Altra Federal Credit Union, called me from Altra's number, and proceeded to steal money from my account. Drained every cent. Altra was not able to do anything for me. Shouldn't there already be a procedure for cases like this? I'm sure it's happened to Altra members before. I called many different department's and was transferred to many different departments but absolutely no one was able to give me a direct answer or anything that could help me and my situation.

Competitive rates Competitive rates and anytime I have called (1800 or the local banks, either one) for help, I have always gotten it. Decent support, the only gripe I have is that my closest bank location never keeps its people long. I have stopped even TRYING to memorize the names of the latest staff, lol Love what they do for community outreach, I would like to see more businesses helping the local area.
