Added $$ to auto loans without notice I've never had a bad experience with altra until they added $3300 to my auto loan and doubling my monthly payment which i cant afford and with no notice so I can fix my auto insurance!! Something so simple to fix and instead of giving me notice I get screwed! So thank you altra!

Altra is a customer friendly place… When going to the credit Union, and feeling my usual little anxieties at such times, or calling in for an agent (which I don’t want to do), I feel relieved by the warm and friendly way they try to fulfill the request even it’s something out of their range. I’ve been with Altra since about 2009. It’s a specially good place for banking.

You pay a fee to pay a loan. Tried making a payment on a loan over the phone and there's a $10 service charge... Went online to try and make an account and the page wouldn't load, so ended up paying the $10 fee to pay as a "guest". Making your customers pay a fee just to PAY their loan. Smart business decision..

I was helped with a billing update/… I was helped with a billing update/ issue with Jeri Lee Weigel. She was a GEM to work with. Provided me with options to get me setup and saved me additional charges to ensure I wouldn’t miss a payment. Folks like Jeri should always be highlighted, someone who takes care of the task at hand with a great warm welcoming attitude!
