Decent support, the only gripe I have is that my closest bank location never keeps its people long. Excellent Employees!! Altra has been phenomenal in helping me keep up with and manage my finances. I recently spoke to Narcica and Mara (I hope I spelled that right) from the loans and credit services departments and they were absolutely AMAZING in helping me pay my auto loan. I called in about 5 minutes before closing and they were so nice and eager to help and it felt like they were treating me like heir own family. Narcica(hopefully) Especially was so eager to help me save money and find the best way to pay for me. These ladies definitely deserve a raise!

My daughter just paid off her previous… My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

I’m simply trying to get a verification number to use Apple Wallet with my Altra cards and they have ignored every request. Their service is abhorrent and inexcusable.
