I have been try to get assistance with your mobile app & got told if I didn't know how to minmize my screen so I could get rid of the code that was sent that did not work & she hung up. Now I am stuck over the weekend since you have no support on the weekend to assist in getting into your account so you can send Uncle So i can send some more money to that they are taxing your SS on again which you have already paid tax on so I am just a little bit frustrated.

Excellent service, great benefits, kind staff Staff at Altra are personable and kind. Not only is there no fee for checking, but you get interest. I had a great experience getting my first mortgage and with refinancing when the interest rates had dropped. My debit card has been protected by fraud alert staff. It just feels both safe and homey to bank at Altra. Even though I moved to the Twin Cities over 8 years ago, I've continued to keep my money at Altra because of the positive experience I have had there.

Glenda Donley - awesome Altra employee! Glenda Donley was so very helpful. I received a fraud alert on my phone and immediately called Altra. They quickly responded and shut down my account for safety. I can only imagine what would have happened if Altra had not caught it! Glenda checked my accounts and reassured me that all is up and running again. Thank you so much Glenda and also to the Ultra team - YOU ROCK!

Upon entering Altra FCU in clarksville… Upon entering Altra FCU in clarksville I was greeted by all the personnel. I opened an account for myself and 2 education accounts for my grandchildren. The ease and simplicity of doing so in the office made me feel confident about choosing Altra for local banking. Later that year I up graded one child's account and opened a savings and checking for my grandson who needed a bank in town.
