Excellent Employees!! Altra has been phenomenal in helping me keep up with and manage my finances. I recently spoke to Narcica and Mara (I hope I spelled that right) from the loans and credit services departments and they were absolutely AMAZING in helping me pay my auto loan. I called in about 5 minutes before closing and they were so nice and eager to help and it felt like they were treating me like heir own family. Narcica(hopefully) Especially was so eager to help me save money and find the best way to pay for me. These ladies definitely deserve a raise!

Competitive rates Competitive rates and anytime I have called (1800 or the local banks, either one) for help, I have always gotten it. Decent support, the only gripe I have is that my closest bank location never keeps its people long. I have stopped even TRYING to memorize the names of the latest staff, lol Love what they do for community outreach, I would like to see more businesses helping the local area.

Fees at ATM Kwik Trip doesn't charge a fee to use its ATM, but Altra has to tack on a fee. That stinks. First of all, Altra's Onalaska location is terrible. Tricky to enter the lot and tricky to exit the lot because of traffic and the crazy way so many people drive. I asked for an ATM location at the Oak Forest location, but my request was ignored. So to circumvent Altra's lack of concern for me, I simply get $500 of 20s so I have a supply of change on hand. There are numerous financial institutions in the area and I'm shopping.

Added $$ to auto loans without notice I've never had a bad experience with altra until they added $3300 to my auto loan and doubling my monthly payment which i cant afford and with no notice so I can fix my auto insurance!! Something so simple to fix and instead of giving me notice I get screwed! So thank you altra!

Jackie Is THE BEST! Jackie Is THE BEST!! i was having a rough time this year financially and I was behind on my car loan payments. I was so stressed with all of the things happening in my life i thought my only option was to default on my loan and give up my car! Jackie not only helped me with a plan to keep my car and still make payments but gave me the encouraging words I needed to hear in my darkest hours! She is truly a diamond amongst coals!
