The folks at NTC saved my bacon! The folks at NTC saved my bacon! They handled my tax situation professionally, efficiently, and with ease. They were upfront and honest with me setting realistic expctations and communicated with me throughout the process. I can't say enough great things about this this amazing team!

I've been using NTC for awhile now I've been using NTC for awhile now, but the customer service seems to have dwindled. Art is great, but his staff is in no hurry, does'nt contact me for up-dates, can never get a hold of anyone, or they will not get in touch with you, unless they need something. I called one time and the girl who answered was completely out of touch, and she would not connect me to who I needed, but offered to take my number and pass it on.

I owed 39K I owed 39K, and hadn’t filed my taxes since 2008. By 2015, I couldn’t have a bank account, and the IRS had placed liens on my social security number, so I couldn’t buy a home either. NTC filed my taxes to date, then placed me into a full hardship program, and the majority of the debt didn’t have to be repaid. Then, two years later, NTC placed the small amount of debt that remained into a 6 year payment plan. Now, I pay just $190/month, and the liens have all been lifted. I can now buy a home, and i can file my taxes knowing that I won’t owe going forward, because NTC also showed me how to restructure my self-employment taxes so I don’t again.

Not too satisfied I was contacted by one of the owners he yelling at me saying I called him and now wont take his calls he insisted that I listen because I needed him. I fell for it listened allowed hon to convince me that I needed his service and terrified me with the thought of dealing with IRS myself... this relationship cost me about 5,000.00 dollars more then I had to give away. For that money I believe I received nothing. After not hearing from them and or a response to my inquires I was eentually contacted by another person I had never heard of and was advised I need to work with then and authorize another auto pay in the amount of another 4,000.00 advising they had more work to fo...at this point I was done I didnt see what they had done for me. I elected to pay that money directly to IRS..I advised I know longer needed their services.
