USI've been using NTC for awhile now I've been using NTC for awhile now, but the customer service seems to have dwindled. Art is great, but his staff is in no hurry, does'nt contact me for up-dates, can never get a hold of anyone, or they will not get in touch with you, unless they need something. I called one time and the girl who answered was completely out of touch, and she would not connect me to who I needed, but offered to take my number and pass it on.

USthe state tax board are suppose to be… the state tax board are suppose to be incontact with you guys instead of me. I hired your company to protect and serve me. I don't know why the are garnishing my paycheck and also levying my bank account at the same time. never seen before. I feel exposed and left with nothing to take care of my kids.
