Not too satisfied I was contacted by one of the owners he yelling at me saying I called him and now wont take his calls he insisted that I listen because I needed him. I fell for it listened allowed hon to convince me that I needed his service and terrified me with the thought of dealing with IRS myself... this relationship cost me about 5,000.00 dollars more then I had to give away. For that money I believe I received nothing. After not hearing from them and or a response to my inquires I was eentually contacted by another person I had never heard of and was advised I need to work with then and authorize another auto pay in the amount of another 4,000.00 advising they had more work to fo...at this point I was done I didnt see what they had done for me. I elected to pay that money directly to IRS..I advised I know longer needed their services.

Ask 3 times to have my 2016 taxes… Ask 3 times to have my 2016 taxes amended to include my health care subsidies to date it has not been done I lost my subsidie for that reason now I have to pay a penalty for the 8 months I didn't have coverage. I am still waiting for the letter from IRS stating I am in a uncollectable status That's been since april.

I have found the sales department to be… I have found the sales department to be upfront and well prepared when dealing with customers They presented the program thoroughly and were clear with their. Program and what to expect . I only hope the next phase goes as smooth.

the state tax board are suppose to be… the state tax board are suppose to be incontact with you guys instead of me. I hired your company to protect and serve me. I don't know why the are garnishing my paycheck and also levying my bank account at the same time. never seen before. I feel exposed and left with nothing to take care of my kids.

feels great to be out of the woods! Ntc was direct and thurough in straightening out my tax record and filing my missing returns. It is wonderful to file in February and actually get a refund! No more dreading tax season👌🏾.
