feels great to be out of the woods! Ntc was direct and thurough in straightening out my tax record and filing my missing returns. It is wonderful to file in February and actually get a refund! No more dreading tax season👌🏾.

less than desired service. I feel like I have not been properly represented for the money we spent. The issues with the IRS were not really negotiated to our best interests. We still ended up paying more taxes than our adjusted gross income for 2011 & 2012. We are not wealthy and work for missions voluntarily and needed the tax breaks there at the time and the IRS refused them even after the agent in Hawaii said she did not know how to handle ministerial expenses.

I spent a lot of money hoping for a… I spent a lot of money hoping for a complete fix. Well with this years tax return I found out different. You all suck.
