I had great counselors. I had great counselors. They worked hard to negotiate for me and when they were unable to get it done they moved my case to a higher level witnout even me having to ask them to do that. Professional staff and they know their stuff. I would recommend your organization all day long.

I am very unhappy I am very unhappy. UDC only accomplished what I could have done on my own; settled with the creditor. I was promised credit report correction for my $2300. The creditor has chosen to keep the charge off as part of the record until it would fall off anyway. I was promised by UDC copies of letters from the creditor promising correction and they were never sent. UDC is a scam.

Worst organisation to call into your… Worst organisation to call into your life for help!! All they care is their own fee collection- after two years being with this program, paying them up to five hundred dollars every month I find out that I have none of the credits paid off!!! Calling them first hand was biggest mistake, and recommending them to others make a me feel guilty very much!!!!

Don’t do it! We used this company in good faith to try to help us. We were constantly having to call them, never could get in touch with the person that was supposed to be helping us. Then when we were finally what we thought were finished with everything, over a year later we still had companies coming to us for monies. Everything that companies wrote off had to be claimed on income taxes leaving us in almost as much debt with the IRS.

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT - they send notices that threaten collections but are trying to sell you debt consolidation services. It's misleading and possibly fraudulent. They do not print any license information in their letter which would violate the law for any financial company. I will be complaining to the state financial authority. Here's a tip, if you need to scare and mislead people to earn a living, your business is not respectable. You are bad people. Think about it and try to do something decent in the world. Unemployment is low, you don't have to hurt people to make a living.
