GBSo disappointed and unprofessional… So disappointed and unprofessional company After few years working on my settlement they could not solve it and they increased my payment amount. They blocked all my payment I payed this years and still I have to answer to my credit companies phone call about late payment. Even when I asked to cancel my settle they want to charge me about $1000 for nothing they did.

GBAm feeling so much better now that all… Am feeling so much better now that all my credit card debt is paid off and I no longer have to be concerned about monthly payments. The service I received was more than outstanding - it was awesome. The service agents I worked with were so knowledgeable and personable they made the process almost enjoyable. I would recommend this service to all.

GBExcellent Excellent. During our three year term with United debt counselors they called us regularly asked if we had any questions did we understand everything told us what was being paid how much we had savings and they couldn’t have been more helpful

GBPoor customer service I started the process some 3 months ago but I have not been given any feedback on progress made so far.I have sent out emails but with no response. They collected upfront instalments for ,2 month and I don't know where the money is sitting right now because I can't log into my account.An update would help and just keeping clients in the loop until the final process is completed.

GBUDC- a big mistake UDC assured me I would save $$ . In reality I was harassed for 8 months by creditors. UDC did not have “relationships” with most of these .companies. Most of the CC companies refused to even negotiate with UDC. The money I managed to avoid paying the CC companies instead went to UDC as their “handling fee”. As a result of me dealing with UDC my credit is completely shot for the next couple of years. I could have delt with these CC companies myself and reached a settlement quicker under more favorable terms.
