GBPoor customer service I started the process some 3 months ago but I have not been given any feedback on progress made so far.I have sent out emails but with no response. They collected upfront instalments for ,2 month and I don't know where the money is sitting right now because I can't log into my account.An update would help and just keeping clients in the loop until the final process is completed.

GBThe UDS counselors failed to inform me… The UDS counselors failed to inform me that even though the debts re renegotiated, the negative debt information stays on one’s credit report. Additionally, they are poorly equipped to help a costumer figure out what to do about it and would not help get the information removed from one’s credit report. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

GBI have a debt still showing on my… I have a debt still showing on my credit report that was paid through this program several years ago. I received the letter from the debt lawyer and am trying to figure out who to send it to to have the delinquency removed from my credit. It is having major effects on my credit.

GBWhen we signed up we were 25,000 in… When we signed up we were 25,000 in debt. A relocation and job change create very difficult financial burden on our family. We were able to combine in the program 4 creditors. They were out legal spokesmen for the settling the debt. In just 4 years we are now debt free and our credit score has rebounded to excellent. Highly recommended.

GBSCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT - they send notices that threaten collections but are trying to sell you debt consolidation services. It's misleading and possibly fraudulent. They do not print any license information in their letter which would violate the law for any financial company. I will be complaining to the state financial authority. Here's a tip, if you need to scare and mislead people to earn a living, your business is not respectable. You are bad people. Think about it and try to do something decent in the world. Unemployment is low, you don't have to hurt people to make a living.
