All they care is their own fee collection- after two years being with this program, paying them up to five hundred dollars every month I find out that I have none of the credits paid off!!! Calling them first hand was biggest mistake, and recommending them to others make a me feel guilty very much!!!!

GBThe UDS counselors failed to inform me… The UDS counselors failed to inform me that even though the debts re renegotiated, the negative debt information stays on one’s credit report. Additionally, they are poorly equipped to help a costumer figure out what to do about it and would not help get the information removed from one’s credit report. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

GBPoor customer service I started the process some 3 months ago but I have not been given any feedback on progress made so far.I have sent out emails but with no response. They collected upfront instalments for ,2 month and I don't know where the money is sitting right now because I can't log into my account.An update would help and just keeping clients in the loop until the final process is completed.

GBI started with this company in 2017 I started with this company in 2017. I made my payments every month on time. It’s now 2022 and they STILL have not finished paying my creditors. I had Marshall’s knocking on my door 4/5 different times to serve/summon me. I was sued. Last year I received 1099 from 2 of the largest creditors that they never told me they settled so I owed the IRS as it is considered income. Just today I received a call after over a year saying they are still working on my account. This company is dishonest, unprofessional and I will tell everyone DO NOT USE them. The amount of stress this company has caused me is unbearable. They are the worst. They should be investigated and sued for false claims and lying. Find another credit company. Worst experience of my life.

GBI am very unhappy I am very unhappy. UDC only accomplished what I could have done on my own; settled with the creditor. I was promised credit report correction for my $2300. The creditor has chosen to keep the charge off as part of the record until it would fall off anyway. I was promised by UDC copies of letters from the creditor promising correction and they were never sent. UDC is a scam.
