Scam Scam, these clowns trick you into signing up for a free subscription then they steal money from your credit card account. And then they make it impossible to cancel their bogus account. Scam Artists!!! I contacted their so-called support number and I got an incoherent blabbermouth who didn't listen to me at all, instead she blabbered some ridiculous nonsense at a mile a minute. I tried to interrupt her babble but she didn't listen at all and just continued blabbering her nonsense. I asked to speak with a supervisor which she refused to do, and she finally agreed to cancel my bogus subscription. Creditverify has been bilking my credit card without authorization as they seem to do all day long every single day. Just a bunch of scam artists!

How is it even legal to have reoccuring… UPDATE: No way to easily cancel memebership after signing up, but at least they were quick to respond in my case. Will update review after a week if I don't get charged. --- How is it even legal to have reoccuring charges that can't be cancelled online, with no mention of it anywhere until you try to cancel???

The customer care staff is trustworthy. The customer representative I spoke with took time to walk me through the various options available for me after I told her my situation. I was able to choose the best option, from the array, which suits my pocket.

I will be calling my bank if i don't… I will be calling my bank if i don't get my refund back. I singed up and clearly the ID protection fee is there to make people accidentally press on it and not have any way to get your money back. i called and you guys offered me 20% back for the ID protection fee and 75% back for the $35 dollar monthly subscription fee. That is just unacceptable, i own multiple businesses and i don't even do people like that. Jensen Cheng

Lots of retention questions. I rated 5 stars, because, well, the rep I spoke to was very kind. However, their retention policies have them offer you 3 separate, bigger discounts off of the product itself, which can be annoying if you're in a rush, but can also be very helpful to those canceling for, ironically, budgetary reasons.
