CAI wanted to cancel but couldn't find who to contact… You were billing my credit card under ID PROTECT whereas your company name comes up in email as Creditverify. I would have canceled months ago if I could have found who was billing my credit card. I even had my credit card looking into who you were because I couldn't find any emails or Google search that showed ID PROTECT.

CALots of retention questions. I rated 5 stars, because, well, the rep I spoke to was very kind. However, their retention policies have them offer you 3 separate, bigger discounts off of the product itself, which can be annoying if you're in a rush, but can also be very helpful to those canceling for, ironically, budgetary reasons.

GBI got scammed by them by a fake job opportunity These scammers are preying on people everywhere. They display fake job interviews where they ask you to pass a credit check. Once done, you are locked and billed a huge amount and there are no ways to cancel. Their phone line is just an answering informing you they are closed for Chrismas. Had to contact my credit card to report them as a fraud

CAHidden Service Costs His company has fine print and sneaky auto subscriptions. Due to my persistence, I did end up getting a refund for an unexpected charge. However, I believe in transparently and up front service pricing. Particularly where some folks are vulnerable to these kinds of approaches to selling services. I appreciate the refund. That was a good move. However, "warning" know what you are getting into! It is very obscured.

CAPaid the $1 trial Paid the $1 trial, then cancelled the membership within the hour and still got hit with a $34.95 membership. Finally got a hold of someone and they offered me 5% of the money they took from my account, and after a a bit they said they’d give me half of the money back. Will I see the refund? I’m honestly not going to hold my breath. These bottom feeders obviously make their living scamming folks.
