My own insurance agent was very helpful and when several questions couldn't be answered by her, she asked my permission to have a customer service representative from Prudent Pet contact me in order for my concerns to be fully addressed. I was quite pleased to have had Rebecca from Prudent give me that call back. She was thorough in answering all my questions and it was truly a pleasure to have had that interaction with her. I felt confident that I had chosen the right company and signed up for the insurance.
