I had a great experience using hop to… I had a great experience using hop to buy insurance plans for my parents. From the start From the start, this insurance service was responsive, patient, and thorough in responding to every question I had (I probably had over 50 questions...) and provided a good user experience and detailed information to help me make an informed decision. Great Insurance for Parents traveling We were looking at several different options for our parents traveling from India to US. This was the first time we were doing the analysis. What I found amazing about Hop is that their user agreements were clear and unambiguous. On top of that, their plans and the charges are very very reasonable. On top of that - I found that overall app experience to be really really good. I'll highly recommend this to other folks.

Just renewed - recommended! I just renewed my plan for my parents who came to visit me for 6 months. I purchased 3 months initially as a trial. Despite nothing major events happening to my parents (thank god!) and we didn't use the insurance that much, I reached out to customer services via Whatsapp multiple times for questions. Every time I got quick replies with instructions, which gave me a peace of mind and helped me decide the best move next. I recommend this insurance for the visitors! And the best thing of all, they offer a variety of selections with detailed coverage explanations. And customer service is always there to answer questions.
