GBGreat experience with HOP I learned about hop from one of my colleagues whose dad was visiting him in the US. After going over their plans and also looking at reviews I was thoroughly impressed. Also, my colleague's dad had an incident for which he needed to visit urgent care, and the experience with Hop was very pleasant. So far customer support has been awesome since I purchased the plan. Hopefully, we don't need to use it, but knowing that Hop stands behind the promise makes life a lot easier.

What I found amazing about Hop is that their user agreements were clear and unambiguous. On top of that, their plans and the charges are very very reasonable.
