From the start From the start, this insurance service was responsive, patient, and thorough in responding to every question I had (I probably had over 50 questions...) and provided a good user experience and detailed information to help me make an informed decision. Quality Service with Unmatched Customer Care I've been using them for years and the quality of service has been unmatched and only improved with time. One of the very few insurances to provide pre-ailment coverage and it's extremely helpful for aged parents. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

Just purchased INF HOP Just purchased INF HOP! plan for my family visiting US from overseas. There were a lot of available options, and so far no issue. The HOP! plan looks solid with decent coverage, and yet with reasonable pricing.

I'm loving the UX on Hop! I'm loving the UX on Hop!, seems like a major improvement over the previous experience. In particular, I love how quickly I can generate a quote, and how much more sense all the terms make (as someone who has no experience the health insurance industry in the US)

Good medical provider Easy to sign up review and compare plans. The best part is whatsapp contact where you will be provider with in network cashless urgent care and hospitals. I bought this for my mom visiting me to the USA in summer 2023. Also not to forget they also cover preexisting health conditions.
