GBINF plan purchase, easy! After searching for insurance for hours, I finally decided on buying HOP ULTRA PLUS before coming to the United States for a month. I got to know about INF plans through a famous social media platform in China. It is easy to compare a plan, choose one and buy it on INF website. It is said to be more convenient compared with other products offered by many insurance companies if you have to use it in the States, though I hope i would not have the chance to use it.

GBI applied for HOP Mindor I applied for HOP Mindor, and the payment went through immediately, but it took 6 days to receive the Plan due to technical issues. I asked your HOP team (even though the plan come through) if I was covered at the time of the payment just for assurance. Some said Yes and others said can you write to the operations team. I had written twice to the operations team and had talked to the online chat every day and every time I spoke to them online chat I had to repeat the whole problem every time.

INI'm loving the UX on Hop! I'm loving the UX on Hop!, seems like a major improvement over the previous experience. In particular, I love how quickly I can generate a quote, and how much more sense all the terms make (as someone who has no experience the health insurance industry in the US)

Despite nothing major events happening to my parents (thank god!) and we didn't use the insurance that much, I reached out to customer services via Whatsapp multiple times for questions. Every time I got quick replies with instructions, which gave me a peace of mind and helped me decide the best move next. I recommend this insurance for the visitors! And the best thing of all, they offer a variety of selections with detailed coverage explanations. And customer service is always there to answer questions.
