I asked your HOP team (even though the plan come through) if I was covered at the time of the payment just for assurance. Some said Yes and others said can you write to the operations team. I had written twice to the operations team and had talked to the online chat every day and every time I spoke to them online chat I had to repeat the whole problem every time.
