GBI recommended INF to you This is the third time I have repurchased INF insurance. One of the small claims was due to my poor English, and there was a slight issue with the claim documents. However, the Chinese consultant from INF company assisted me in the entire claim process, and I am particularly grateful for her and her leadership's help. If there are friends around me who need to purchase travel insurance, I will loudly recommend INF to them.

GBGood visitor insurance I bought INF insurance for my in-laws visiting US. Hop is a new offering from INF and has the same customer service. Good variety of options to choose, easy to extend if travel plans change, insurance card is generated instantly and also sent by email. Overall a positive and smooth experience.

GBJust purchased INF HOP Just purchased INF HOP! plan for my family visiting US from overseas. There were a lot of available options, and so far no issue. The HOP! plan looks solid with decent coverage, and yet with reasonable pricing.

GBINF buying and doct appointment experience New Review: The team fixed my issues and generally stayed on top of it to ensure my issues are addressed. For e.g: sending out the fax with to the doctor's clinic with necessary details to ensure the process is smooth. OLD Review: I am a INF insurance buyer with same buying/claim experience as the new brand Hop. The buying experience has been quite smooth and quick. However, I am not able to setup a doctor appointment for more than a week since I bought the insurance. The backing healthcare - United Healthcare is taking unusually long time to make the insurance profile available to clinic. Took us 3-4 calls with the provider and this has still not done. Without this upload available, clinics cannot find my parent available in their database to make appointments. Buying:5 stars Setting up appointment with in-network doctor is : 1 star

GBI applied for HOP Mindor I applied for HOP Mindor, and the payment went through immediately, but it took 6 days to receive the Plan due to technical issues. I asked your HOP team (even though the plan come through) if I was covered at the time of the payment just for assurance. Some said Yes and others said can you write to the operations team. I had written twice to the operations team and had talked to the online chat every day and every time I spoke to them online chat I had to repeat the whole problem every time.
