GBI recommended INF to you This is the third time I have repurchased INF insurance. One of the small claims was due to my poor English, and there was a slight issue with the claim documents. However, the Chinese consultant from INF company assisted me in the entire claim process, and I am particularly grateful for her and her leadership's help. GBGood medical assistance insurance and coverage I found the HOP insurance easy to select as they have provided clear details on each of their offered plans. I needed a travel insurance for my visit and there were quite few options to choose. I also got help and recommendations from the customer support in selecting right plan for me. I told them my preferences like covered ER cost, medical assistance for pre existing conditions etc and they recommended good choices that were budget friendly. Additionally I found their customer service very proactive and quick in responding especially in time of need For e.g. when you ask them for nearby ER services, hospitals where they have coverage.
