Great Insurance for Parents traveling We were looking at several different options for our parents traveling from India to US. This was the first time we were doing the analysis. What I found amazing about Hop is that their user agreements were clear and unambiguous. On top of that, their plans and the charges are very very reasonable. On top of that - I found that overall app experience to be really really good. I'll highly recommend this to other folks.

INF buying and doct appointment experience New Review: The team fixed my issues and generally stayed on top of it to ensure my issues are addressed. For e.g: sending out the fax with to the doctor's clinic with necessary details to ensure the process is smooth. OLD Review: I am a INF insurance buyer with same buying/claim experience as the new brand Hop. The buying experience has been quite smooth and quick. However, I am not able to setup a doctor appointment for more than a week since I bought the insurance. The backing healthcare - United Healthcare is taking unusually long time to make the insurance profile available to clinic. Took us 3-4 calls with the provider and this has still not done. Without this upload available, clinics cannot find my parent available in their database to make appointments. Buying:5 stars Setting up appointment with in-network doctor is : 1 star

Good medical assistance insurance and coverage I found the HOP insurance easy to select as they have provided clear details on each of their offered plans. I needed a travel insurance for my visit and there were quite few options to choose. I also got help and recommendations from the customer support in selecting right plan for me. I told them my preferences like covered ER cost, medical assistance for pre existing conditions etc and they recommended good choices that were budget friendly.
