OLD Review: I am a INF insurance buyer with same buying/claim experience as the new brand Hop. The buying experience has been quite smooth and quick. However, I am not able to setup a doctor appointment for more than a week since I bought the insurance. The backing healthcare - United Healthcare is taking unusually long time to make the insurance profile available to clinic. Took us 3-4 calls with the provider and this has still not done. Without this upload available, clinics cannot find my parent available in their database to make appointments. Buying:5 stars Setting up appointment with in-network doctor is : 1 star
