GBJust renewed - recommended! I just renewed my plan for my parents who came to visit me for 6 months. I purchased 3 months initially as a trial. GBGreat experience with HOP I learned about hop from one of my colleagues whose dad was visiting him in the US. After going over their plans and also looking at reviews I was thoroughly impressed. Also, my colleague's dad had an incident for which he needed to visit urgent care, and the experience with Hop was very pleasant. So far customer support has been awesome since I purchased the plan. Hopefully, we don't need to use it, but knowing that Hop stands behind the promise makes life a lot easier.

GBINF plan purchase, easy! After searching for insurance for hours, I finally decided on buying HOP ULTRA PLUS before coming to the United States for a month. I got to know about INF plans through a famous social media platform in China. It is easy to compare a plan, choose one and buy it on INF website. It is said to be more convenient compared with other products offered by many insurance companies if you have to use it in the States, though I hope i would not have the chance to use it.
