GBJust renewed - recommended! I just renewed my plan for my parents who came to visit me for 6 months. I purchased 3 months initially as a trial. Despite nothing major events happening to my parents (thank god!) and we didn't use the insurance that much, I reached out to customer services via Whatsapp multiple times for questions. Every time I got quick replies with instructions, which gave me a peace of mind and helped me decide the best move next. I recommend this insurance for the visitors! And the best thing of all, they offer a variety of selections with detailed coverage explanations. And customer service is always there to answer questions.

GBGreat experience with HOP I learned about hop from one of my colleagues whose dad was visiting him in the US. After going over their plans and also looking at reviews I was thoroughly impressed. Also, my colleague's dad had an incident for which he needed to visit urgent care, and the experience with Hop was very pleasant. So far customer support has been awesome since I purchased the plan. Hopefully, we don't need to use it, but knowing that Hop stands behind the promise makes life a lot easier.

INI'm loving the UX on Hop! I'm loving the UX on Hop!, seems like a major improvement over the previous experience. In particular, I love how quickly I can generate a quote, and how much more sense all the terms make (as someone who has no experience the health insurance industry in the US)

GBOne of the best insurance providers One of the best insurance providers Have been using this for the last 10 years for my parents and in-laws [pre-existing coverages]. Have had issues in the past regarding my dad's health condition for which i had to avail the services. The transactions were taken care in a timely fashion and i would highly recommend this.

GBINF buying and doct appointment experience New Review: The team fixed my issues and generally stayed on top of it to ensure my issues are addressed. For e.g: sending out the fax with to the doctor's clinic with necessary details to ensure the process is smooth. OLD Review: I am a INF insurance buyer with same buying/claim experience as the new brand Hop. The buying experience has been quite smooth and quick. However, I am not able to setup a doctor appointment for more than a week since I bought the insurance. The backing healthcare - United Healthcare is taking unusually long time to make the insurance profile available to clinic. Took us 3-4 calls with the provider and this has still not done. Without this upload available, clinics cannot find my parent available in their database to make appointments. Buying:5 stars Setting up appointment with in-network doctor is : 1 star
