GBGood medical assistance insurance and coverage I found the HOP insurance easy to select as they have provided clear details on each of their offered plans. I needed a travel insurance for my visit and there were quite few options to choose. I also got help and recommendations from the customer support in selecting right plan for me. I told them my preferences like covered ER cost, medical assistance for pre existing conditions etc and they recommended good choices that were budget friendly. Additionally I found their customer service very proactive and quick in responding especially in time of need For e.g. when you ask them for nearby ER services, hospitals where they have coverage.

GBI recommended INF to you This is the third time I have repurchased INF insurance. One of the small claims was due to my poor English, and there was a slight issue with the claim documents. However, the Chinese consultant from INF company assisted me in the entire claim process, and I am particularly grateful for her and her leadership's help. If there are friends around me who need to purchase travel insurance, I will loudly recommend INF to them.

GBI applied for HOP Mindor I applied for HOP Mindor, and the payment went through immediately, but it took 6 days to receive the Plan due to technical issues. I asked your HOP team (even though the plan come through) if I was covered at the time of the payment just for assurance. Some said Yes and others said can you write to the operations team. I had written twice to the operations team and had talked to the online chat every day and every time I spoke to them online chat I had to repeat the whole problem every time.
