GBJust renewed - recommended! I just renewed my plan for my parents who came to visit me for 6 months. I purchased 3 months initially as a trial. Despite nothing major events happening to my parents (thank god!) and we didn't use the insurance that much, I reached out to customer services via Whatsapp multiple times for questions. GBGreat experience with HOP I learned about hop from one of my colleagues whose dad was visiting him in the US. After going over their plans and also looking at reviews I was thoroughly impressed. Also, my colleague's dad had an incident for which he needed to visit urgent care, and the experience with Hop was very pleasant. So far customer support has been awesome since I purchased the plan. Hopefully, we don't need to use it, but knowing that Hop stands behind the promise makes life a lot easier.

GBGood coverage and easy to use Hop! Insurance has good coverage and is easy to understand and purchase. I purchase for my mom's visit to United States and she visited a doctoc via telemecidine and it worked out pretty well. I recommend Hop! insurance for travellling to US.
