USOver a month trying to…. Over a month trying to allow my employer to pay my premium as a kind benefit. The check had to be resent and for over two weeks I’m told you guys couldn’t scan it in and then!!! On May 1 I get an email that a pdf form must be signed by me for 3rd party etc… she only wanted to pay the policy not make changes or anything. You guys made it very difficult for us and so I just paid it myself and hopefully you do return the check you ever receive and fix the system for this type of transaction. For others too.
