NJM representative Nicholas was great! NJM representative Nicholas reached out right away and took care setting up repair of my vehicle. They even reached out promptly when an item was missed in the repair to get it corrected.

Very bad experience I had an accident that was not my fault. I paid my deductible $500.00 for repair my car. I gave all information about my accident: picture of car damage, plate number, police officer name ....but l got a letter from NJM Unfortunately, the evidence in this case along with the applicable negligence law for NY indicates NJM would be unsuccessful obtaining subrogation recovery in this matter. So I would like to know why I do have to pay for accident if it was not my fault?

Very responsive As soon as I contacted NJM after the accident, they told me how to proceed with the repairs as well as renting a car if I needed to. They also reimbursed me for my towing expenses.
