GBVery bad experience I had an accident that was not my fault. I paid my deductible $500.00 for repair my car. I gave all information about my accident: picture of car damage, plate number, police officer name ....but l got a letter from NJM Unfortunately, the evidence in this case along with the applicable negligence law for NY indicates NJM would be unsuccessful obtaining subrogation recovery in this matter. So I would like to know why I do have to pay for accident if it was not my fault?

GBVery responsive As soon as I contacted NJM after the accident, they told me how to proceed with the repairs as well as renting a car if I needed to. They also reimbursed me for my towing expenses.
