My claim was processed smoothly My claim was processed smoothly, and Justin did a great job. Especially in my case when the accident was not my fault, and it was caused by another driver. That was clearly detected by police and both agents agreed so the process went well for me. I hope that NJM won't raise my premium due to this accident. It shouldn't if I didn't cause the accident.
