GBNew Policyholders We recently became policyholders of NJM for our automobile insurance. In January we were rear ended and had damage to our car. NJM made the experience of getting our car fixed very easy and very quickly.

GBVery bad experience I had an accident that was not my fault. I paid my deductible $500.00 for repair my car. I gave all information about my accident: picture of car damage, plate number, police officer name ....but l got a letter from NJM Unfortunately, the evidence in this case along with the applicable negligence law for NY indicates NJM would be unsuccessful obtaining subrogation recovery in this matter. So I would like to know why I do have to pay for accident if it was not my fault?

GBMy claim was processed smoothly My claim was processed smoothly, and Justin did a great job. Especially in my case when the accident was not my fault, and it was caused by another driver. That was clearly detected by police and both agents agreed so the process went well for me. I hope that NJM won't raise my premium due to this accident. It shouldn't if I didn't cause the accident.
