Beyond the questions she answered, she also told me information about my coverage that I didn't even know about. She was super friendly, courteous and respectful and took as much time as needed to address all of my questions and then some!

I also experienced about my cost of something that was not explained example cost of specialists was told would be 30 but was actually good but when plan came it was 30 to 60 dollars. With my income $30 is still a struggle. When talking to sales they should be clear on cost.
