GBRecently I contacted your company and… Recently I contacted your company and there was a woman named Gabriela Viola who helped me with my issues concerning health benifit plans such as supplemental with Medicare etc! I want to report to you that I would wait for five hours on line of the phone or insist to do business with her no matter what anyone else told me or recommended to me! This girl or woman is the very best I have ever spoken to or dealt with! She even listened to my sad story of accidents and divorce and many troubles! I am a combat Veteran from Viet Nam who has 100 per cent ptsd! She thanked me for my service and showed me the most respect when my short term memory was not letting me hear and write everything down! I would like to give her 25 stars and not just five! GBWILL SATISFACTION LAST BEYOND THE SALE? Maggie was patient with my confusion, thorough, and appreciated my humor. However, I would appreciate being able to comment without making the person lose their place in the script, getting an "Umm" or meaningless, mouth sounds. This does NOT instill confidence in info being proffered. I can only hope & pray, Maggie does not disappear AFTER the sale, as with ALL other insurance companies.

GBThe lady that helped me was so helpful… The lady that helped me was so helpful she gave me the information and help me to it understand things better than before. She also didn’t make me feel bad about not understanding things that is something that doesn’t happen to much for the older people nowadays

GBRob Herrel Rob, that I spoke with was very helpful, thorough, and told me to stop him at anytime if I didn’t understand something. Just enrolled, but also lost my husband in February, so had to figure out all that and Rob was the first person that explained everything to me so I understood.
