Rob Herrel Rob, that I spoke with was very helpful, thorough, and told me to stop him at anytime if I didn’t understand something. Just enrolled, but also lost my husband in February, so had to figure out all that and Rob was the first person that explained everything to me so I understood.

He spent time with me; answered my questions and was realistic with me about how I can receive the assistance that I need personally. I am looking forward to the Humana Plan chosen, to start on 4/1/23.
