I also experienced about my cost of something that was not explained example cost of specialists was told would be 30 but was actually good but when plan came it was 30 to 60 dollars. With my income $30 is still a struggle. When talking to sales they should be clear on cost.

GBMedigap Enrollment First, an agent answered my call rather than getting sent to voice mail. Then, the agent was helpful in identifying a suitable plan and describing payment options and discounts. Finally, she took me through the enrollment process. She was helpful and patient throughout.

GBSO honest!!! SO understanding!!! I was having a boatload of problems with the company I had been with, and so I wanted to make sure that ALL of my concerns were addressed and all of my questions answered. It took up a lot of someone's time and that person was so understanding, not pushy at all even when I asked the same question more than once. Now the only thing I have to worry about is whether the company that I chose who lives up to what I was told and I can't answer that yet because that's for the future.

He took his time with explanations and always had my best interest in his explanations & suggestions. I especially liked his willingness to provide me with his contact info for any follow up.
