He spent time with me; answered my questions and was realistic with me about how I can receive the assistance that I need personally. I am looking forward to the Humana Plan chosen, to start on 4/1/23.

GBRob Herrel Rob, that I spoke with was very helpful, thorough, and told me to stop him at anytime if I didn’t understand something. Just enrolled, but also lost my husband in February, so had to figure out all that and Rob was the first person that explained everything to me so I understood.

GBThe lady that helped me was so helpful… The lady that helped me was so helpful she gave me the information and help me to it understand things better than before. She also didn’t make me feel bad about not understanding things that is something that doesn’t happen to much for the older people nowadays

GBI guess it’s not your fault more than… I guess it’s not your fault more than 50% of US Retirees are being corralled into fraudulent, privatized Medicare Advantage Plans. I grieve the loss of my Medicare A and B and Senior Care Emblem GHI plan through the City of New York. This promised and credible insurance will be no more come September 1, 2023. Your telephone agent was kind, but truthfully, did very little to relax my apprehension regarding The City of New York’s proposed Aetna Medicare Advantage PPO. Perhaps the availability of a triage team assigned to the 250,000 nyc retirees affected would be useful. Thank you!

GBSO honest!!! SO understanding!!! I was having a boatload of problems with the company I had been with, and so I wanted to make sure that ALL of my concerns were addressed and all of my questions answered. It took up a lot of someone's time and that person was so understanding, not pushy at all even when I asked the same question more than once. Now the only thing I have to worry about is whether the company that I chose who lives up to what I was told and I can't answer that yet because that's for the future.
