The lady that helped me was so helpful… The lady that helped me was so helpful she gave me the information and help me to it understand things better than before. She also didn’t make me feel bad about not understanding things that is something that doesn’t happen to much for the older people nowadays

Clear and helpful I spoke to Mike and he was very clear and helpful and asked questions to make sure we were reviewing the right plan for me and my specific needs. He walked me through the options and he shared a lot of information and I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision.

My sales agent Justin was stellar… My sales agent Justin did just what he said he would after my initial phone call about 7 weeks ago. He took his time with explanations and always had my best interest in his explanations & suggestions. I especially liked his willingness to provide me with his contact info for any follow up.

The agent was VERY helpful and answered… The agent was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions - I had a lot of them and was very confused about some things, she cleared everything up for me. Beyond the questions she answered, she also told me information about my coverage that I didn't even know about. She was super friendly, courteous and respectful and took as much time as needed to address all of my questions and then some!

Medigap Enrollment First, an agent answered my call rather than getting sent to voice mail. Then, the agent was helpful in identifying a suitable plan and describing payment options and discounts. Finally, she took me through the enrollment process. She was helpful and patient throughout.
