GBWILL SATISFACTION LAST BEYOND THE SALE? Maggie was patient with my confusion, thorough, and appreciated my humor. However, I would appreciate being able to comment without making the person lose their place in the script, getting an "Umm" or meaningless, mouth sounds. This does NOT instill confidence in info being proffered. I can only hope & pray, Maggie does not disappear AFTER the sale, as with ALL other insurance companies.

GBThe agent was VERY helpful and answered… The agent was VERY helpful and answered all of my questions - I had a lot of them and was very confused about some things, she cleared everything up for me. Beyond the questions she answered, she also told me information about my coverage that I didn't even know about. She was super friendly, courteous and respectful and took as much time as needed to address all of my questions and then some!
