USSO honest!!! SO understanding!!! I was having a boatload of problems with the company I had been with, and so I wanted to make sure that ALL of my concerns were addressed and all of my questions answered. It took up a lot of someone's time and that person was so understanding, not pushy at all even when I asked the same question more than once. Now the only thing I have to worry about is whether the company that I chose who lives up to what I was told and I can't answer that yet because that's for the future.

USWILL SATISFACTION LAST BEYOND THE SALE? Maggie was patient with my confusion, thorough, and appreciated my humor. However, I would appreciate being able to comment without making the person lose their place in the script, getting an "Umm" or meaningless, mouth sounds. This does NOT instill confidence in info being proffered. I can only hope & pray, Maggie does not disappear AFTER the sale, as with ALL other insurance companies.

USEverything was very worthy but so… Everything was very worthy but so helpful, I was so shocked how excellent my experience was with the agent . USRob Herrel Rob, that I spoke with was very helpful, thorough, and told me to stop him at anytime if I didn’t understand something. Just enrolled, but also lost my husband in February, so had to figure out all that and Rob was the first person that explained everything to me so I understood.
