When all flights in and out of Germany… When all flights in and out of Germany were recently canceled due to German politics I was in a bind. I was needing to fly out in less than two days and Frankfurt was my layover. It was late at night and my anxiety was high. I was helped very quickly and redirected to another country. I am greatful for the help and professionalism.

Golden rule has great customer service Golden rule has great customer service. They try to find the best flights for the best price and are able to get us humanitarian baggage allowances. Using them makes travel so much easier. Especially when there are flight changes, we haven’t had to spend hrs on the phone trying to get new tickets.
