When all flights in and out of Germany… When all flights in and out of Germany were recently canceled due to German politics I was in a bind. I was needing to fly out in less than two days and Frankfurt was my layover. It was late at night and my anxiety was high. I was helped very quickly and redirected to another country. I am greatful for the help and professionalism.

Great deal… We are happy to have bought airplane tickets for our ministry with Golden Rules Travel. I did not find better deals anywhere else. However I have one thing to say that could be improved: the response delay to answer my emails was a little too long in my opinion;

Great agency for international travel We had a terrible time with airline problems this last trip, but Golden Rule has been with us and helpful every step. Including when we had to wake up the on call agent to get us on an alternate flight. He was very gracious and came through for us. We’re thankful for their specific experience with our international travel route.
