GBReally great experience Really great experience. I called at 07:20 not knowing that customer service didn't open until 07:30 and the person at reception still took the call and looked to see if anyone was already logged on. Then the representative I spoke with, Adam Miller, was extremely courteous and helpful. The system showed that I just needed to update my credit card information, but I explained I actually had a few more things to change and he was able to take care of everything quickly. It was a model experience and I appreciate the great support.
