ARLack of Clear Communication; Unilateral Policy Changes Somehow, almost a decade after I started my policy and four years since my last move, Chad decide to go in and change the categories for various items. It's unclear to me why, why they were previously wrong, and the unilateral change is disconcerting. Poor communication and just the company doing what it wants without clarity.

It is quite a convenient and user friendly tool. 4.
