I called at 07:20 not knowing that customer service didn't open until 07:30 and the person at reception still took the call and looked to see if anyone was already logged on. Then the representative I spoke with, Adam Miller, was extremely courteous and helpful. The system showed that I just needed to update my credit card information, but I explained I actually had a few more things to change and he was able to take care of everything quickly. It was a model experience and I appreciate the great support.

ITslow service not able to get in touch with live person over the phone Started process to obtain insurance on a Friday at 1400 CET and didn’t have it completed till Monday at 1618. Due to the large delays I was not able to pick up my vehicle Friday evening therefore needing to extend my rental an additional 5 days. Called multiple times never was able to get ahold of a live person. I was provided conflicting information on what my policy deductible could be, initially wanted a 500$ deductible but was told 1000$ was the lowest I could go but then in an email I was quoted for 500$ but when establishing the policy they go back to 1000$. Asked for clarification on the conflicting info and the email was completely disregarded. USAA was able to provide a quote and talk to a live person in under 20 minutes.
