Informative Team: The representative was equipped with all the relevant information and everything was communicated clearly and in detail for a better understanding and an informed decision. 3. User friendly web tool: Email was received immediately post the payment process with clear guidelines having the link to the webtool to not only access the policy documents but also to upload the required documents from the policy owner. It is quite a convenient and user friendly tool. 4. ARLack of Clear Communication; Unilateral Policy Changes Somehow, almost a decade after I started my policy and four years since my last move, Chad decide to go in and change the categories for various items. It's unclear to me why, why they were previously wrong, and the unilateral change is disconcerting. Poor communication and just the company doing what it wants without clarity.
