Good Policy & Great Experience 1. Prompt service: We were able to conclude the transaction quite swiftly. 2. Informative Team: The representative was equipped with all the relevant information and everything was communicated clearly and in detail for a better understanding and an informed decision. 3. User friendly web tool: Email was received immediately post the payment process with clear guidelines having the link to the webtool to not only access the policy documents but also to upload the required documents from the policy owner. It is quite a convenient and user friendly tool. 4. Great Customer Service: I had a requirement to modify the effective date of the insurance policy due to the delay in the delivery of the vehicle, the entire team specially Mr. Domenyk Stewart was super helpful in making it happen for me with no additional cost. Good company, good prices, good service Clements are much cheaper than other providers in Italy and working with Rebecca Gyamfi on my annual renewal has been a great experience. Rebecca called me within the hour after receiving my email to process payment over the phone and minutes after, I’d my updated certificate and supporting info. Rebecca was friendly and helpful. I’d have no problem in recommending Clements as a provider.

Super responsive customer service Super responsive customer service. Very practical for those of us in the Foreign Service with special needs. The cost is high, however.
