Thankfully I spoke to a second broker I spoke to a broker originally who started the process of selling me the type of insurance that I wanted. She started well but then fell short after she sent me the quotes. She never returned my calls or emails, over 2 days, to answer the questions that needed to be answered before I bought. I then called the 800 number on the main page and spoke to a VERY patient representative who answered all my questions patiently and without hesitation. He answered my many phone calls promptly. Due to this person, I purchased the product with the confidence that I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you. If I had to have waited for the first person to get back to me, I would not have been covered in time and would not have gotten what I needed.
