GBThankfully I spoke to a second broker I spoke to a broker originally who started the process of selling me the type of insurance that I wanted. She started well but then fell short after she sent me the quotes. She never returned my calls or emails, over 2 days, to answer the questions that needed to be answered before I bought. I then called the 800 number on the main page and spoke to a VERY patient representative who answered all my questions patiently and without hesitation. He answered my many phone calls promptly. Due to this person, I purchased the product with the confidence that I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you. If I had to have waited for the first person to get back to me, I would not have been covered in time and would not have gotten what I needed.

US10 day free look refund Application Id: 716652 Member Id 716652 I want my refund I’m due back to me via Visa card. “ A free look period is a required period of time under state and federal law in which a customer can terminate coverage without penalties or charges following the start of coverage. If a customer is not satisfied with the terms and conditions of their policy they have purchased they can terminate the policy within 10 days of the coverage start date and any premiums paid will be refunded.” Pivot Health isn’t rated with the Better Business Bureau and has an F rating. North River Insurance pays the claims and isn’t rated either. Iv’e wrote Pivot Health about getting my refund and getting the run around.
