If a customer is not satisfied with the terms and conditions of their policy they have purchased they can terminate the policy within 10 days of the coverage start date and any premiums paid will be refunded.” Pivot Health isn’t rated with the Better Business Bureau and has an F rating. North River Insurance pays the claims and isn’t rated either. Iv’e wrote Pivot Health about getting my refund and getting the run around.

Do not get involved with these people They said my doctor was covered this was false information. They are impossible to get in contract with. And now I’m trying to cancel my policy and it is the most difficult thing to do.

Positive so far! Sign up process was easy. All options were clearly presented. Payment methods were various. Card download and app access were seamless. Wonderful so far.
