Stellar customer service, Mr. Vickers! The logistical portion, specifically getting medical records, was painstaking, impersonal, and a part of the process that nearly lost this customer. That part could be much better! The fact that my husband was rejected made backing out even more tempting. By God's grace, I was awarded the policy, so I at least have some peace of mind now.
