GBI would have given 5 Stars if I could… I would have given 5 Stars if I could have kept the Original Quotes from Valarie. She never told me that there was going to be a rate increase but then she was no longer with Steadily and then when I called back and talked to Selena, the Quotes had gone up. Your pricings are Competitive and I know that since I always shop every year due to my multiple Policies.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Four months in waiting for a $900 deposit refund and a double payment refund of over 2,800. Over 20 hours on wait and dozens of calls, tops the chart of worst experience ever for insurance. No follow up and every time I call I have to explain everything again for like 20 minutes. Use any company but them.

GBSteadily came through with the best coverage and rate Steadily got us the best rate with no hassle. We were buying a home for my inlaws and and several companies either declined coverage or wanted us to move our existing home, auto, and umbrella policies to them as a condition of insuring the 2nd home. Steadily came through with the best coverage and rate with none of the shenanigans. Now I'm seriously considering moving my other policies from a national insurance company that's supposed to "be on my side" to Steadily because they listened to our needs and shot us straight. I couldn't be happier.
