They DO pay They DO pay, but from my experience it takes a while. I rented a car from Hertz and the windshield cracked. Cost to repair was around $200. Hertz wanted immediate payment, so I paid out of pocket. However, I was eventually reimbursed. Bonzah explained there was some mix-up over my address (?). As a result, I took a break from using them, but I'm back, purchasing their insurance again.

Bonzah.com works for their customers I feel Bonzah is concerned for their customers, not the rental car company's feelings. When I had questions, they replied promptly and in full -- usually within a couple of hours.
