Good Service I bought a week of liability insurance to cover a rental car. Fortunately, I didn't need to use it. However, their website, navigation, and ease of purchase was extremely simple. Would definitely use them again. Plus, their prices were cheaper than the competitors I researched. Would use them again.

Bonzah.com works for their customers I feel Bonzah is concerned for their customers, not the rental car company's feelings. When I had questions, they replied promptly and in full -- usually within a couple of hours. It's nice to know my rental car is covered at a price I can afford, and I'm not hostage to the rental company's insurance.

Slow customer support The first time I tried to purchase it the website had some error but the money was taken. I contacted support because I wasn't sure if I was insured or not as no confirmation email arrived. It took several hours until I got an answer so it turned out I was driving without insurance... I had to call the bank to cancel the transaction and do it again the following day. Bonzah should have a phone number available for emergency not just send and email and they will get back to you at some point

Great customer service In the nightmare of flight cancellations December 24th 2022 Bonzah was very easy to get ahold of to cancel service with zero hassels. They fully refuded me within 24 hours. I will use Bonzah again in the future and totally recommend them.
