Great customer service In the nightmare of flight cancellations December 24th 2022 Bonzah was very easy to get ahold of to cancel service with zero hassels. They fully refuded me within 24 hours. I will use Bonzah again in the future and totally recommend them.

They DO pay They DO pay, but from my experience it takes a while. I rented a car from Hertz and the windshield cracked. Cost to repair was around $200. Hertz wanted immediate payment, so I paid out of pocket. However, I was eventually reimbursed. Bonzah explained there was some mix-up over my address (?). As a result, I took a break from using them, but I'm back, purchasing their insurance again.

Not only did I save by using Bonzah but it was quick easy and was accepted as valid insurance by the car rental agency . Hopefully I’ll never have to use the claims center but so far it’s been a great find

A bus hit a rented car A bus hit a rented car. The investigation has been going on for 3 months and there is no information or answers. I will advise my clients to contact SURE insurance agency. Do not deal with these guys. You will only get problems and no claims payout. Therefore, I will most likely prohibit my clients from accepting insurance from Bonza if they have it.

Seamless, well-priced insurance Seamless, well-priced insurance. We've used Bonzah a couple of times now, and it has always been competitively priced and easy to purchase and customize. (fortunately) we haven't yet had to make any claims, so I can't speak to how easy the claims process is.
