Check Out This Company I can't speak to the handling of claims as fortunately there was no need. But I feel confident about this company. Very clear descriptions of the policies. When I nevertheless picked the wrong one at first, I received my refund instantly. That was awesome, and I didn't have to think twice before purchasing the (rental car) policy I really needed.

When I had questions, they replied promptly and in full -- usually within a couple of hours. It's nice to know my rental car is covered at a price I can afford, and I'm not hostage to the rental company's insurance.
