Good Service I bought a week of liability insurance to cover a rental car. Fortunately, I didn't need to use it. However, their website, navigation, and ease of purchase was extremely simple. Would definitely use them again. Plus, their prices were cheaper than the competitors I researched. Would use them again.

First time user, pleasantly surprised! I’ll be honest that I was skeptical of dropping my bags at some random place but Bonzah came through! We used a hair salon in Oahu prior to boarding our cruise ship. It was easy, reliable, and affordable!

Easy to order and easy to change when you need to Not only was it easy to order the insurance, but when I decided I ordered more than I thought I needed I filled out the online form and they responded within a few hours, even on the weekend, and refunded me the difference without issue or needing to explain myself further. Plus, when I showed my email with the policy numbers to the rental car agent he said what Bonzah charges is far less than what they would charge at the counter (Enterprise in my case). I will absolutely use Bonzah again.

Slow customer support The first time I tried to purchase it the website had some error but the money was taken. I contacted support because I wasn't sure if I was insured or not as no confirmation email arrived. It took several hours until I got an answer so it turned out I was driving without insurance... I had to call the bank to cancel the transaction and do it again the following day. Bonzah should have a phone number available for emergency not just send and email and they will get back to you at some point

Good company but deductible now. I have used Bonzah for many years and they are an excellent company. They never had a deductible until recently. They still are a primary insurance although even if you have your own insurance. I am switching to another company from this point on who is primary and doesn’t charge a deductible if you get into an accident.
