Bonzah.com works for their customers I feel Bonzah is concerned for their customers, not the rental car company's feelings. When I had questions, they replied promptly and in full -- usually within a couple of hours. Good company but deductible now. I have used Bonzah for many years and they are an excellent company. They never had a deductible until recently. They still are a primary insurance although even if you have your own insurance. I am switching to another company from this point on who is primary and doesn’t charge a deductible if you get into an accident.

A bus hit a rented car A bus hit a rented car. The investigation has been going on for 3 months and there is no information or answers. I will advise my clients to contact SURE insurance agency. Do not deal with these guys. You will only get problems and no claims payout. Therefore, I will most likely prohibit my clients from accepting insurance from Bonza if they have it.
