GBThe Claims procedures and department Elephant Insurance needs work on the claims department. They do not answer their phone. The claims specialist does not explain ALL procedures. They leave policy holders completely confused and irritated!

I had just called after a terrible experience at another insurance company, and she made me feel like I had made the right choice to call Elephant. GBThere are no customer service reps on… There are no customer service reps on Sunday. Even if for a limited time! Love the company once you get hold of someone or even walking you through some online.
