GBThe Claims procedures and department Elephant Insurance needs work on the claims department. They do not answer their phone. The claims specialist does not explain ALL procedures. They leave policy holders completely confused and irritated!

GBPlease find her! I can’t remember her name!! The associate who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had just called after a terrible experience at another insurance company, and she made me feel like I had made the right choice to call Elephant. I was so frustrated from the last company and she made the whole process of switching over seamless. I wish she was my customer service person for everything!

GBThere are no customer service reps on… There are no customer service reps on Sunday. Even if for a limited time! Love the company once you get hold of someone or even walking you through some online.
