GBThe Claims procedures and department Elephant Insurance needs work on the claims department. They do not answer their phone. The claims specialist does not explain ALL procedures. They leave policy holders completely confused and irritated!

GBHad them for years Never had a problem with Elephant. Had them probably 7-9 years approximately. Rates were comparable, customer service was good. Just decided to go with another company because of adding another vehicle and rates being a little better. I would recommend. Also I had a couple of fender benders and they did pay off and took care of me.

GBPlease find her! I can’t remember her name!! The associate who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had just called after a terrible experience at another insurance company, and she made me feel like I had made the right choice to call Elephant. I was so frustrated from the last company and she made the whole process of switching over seamless. I wish she was my customer service person for everything!

GBGreat Service, but prices seemed to skyrocket after several years The service and claims were always good with Elephant insurance. We had been with them for over 13 years and the past three or so years the prices have seemed to really creep up to unreasonable.
