GBI'm in the middle WC claim I'm in a WC, insurance claim assaulted on the job. Elephant gave until Friday 3rd of May to make payments. I received a cancellation notice for the 30th April I spoke with a representative.

GBThe Claims procedures and department Elephant Insurance needs work on the claims department. They do not answer their phone. The claims specialist does not explain ALL procedures. They leave policy holders completely confused and irritated!

GBPlease find her! I can’t remember her name!! The associate who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had just called after a terrible experience at another insurance company, and she made me feel like I had made the right choice to call Elephant. I was so frustrated from the last company and she made the whole process of switching over seamless. I wish she was my customer service person for everything!

GBI love elephant insurance it's been the… I love elephant insurance it's been the best and easiest policy I've ever had. One thing I do not understand is I retired and moved to the country and my policy went up I have very seldom drive my car anymore maybe down to Walmart which is 22 miles and I do that maybe once every two weeks and that's all I drive. I guess I need to relay this too elephant so they'll look at my policy for hopefully lowering the payments although the payments are not bad where they are they're the cheapest I've ever had
