GBThe Claims procedures and department Elephant Insurance needs work on the claims department. They do not answer their phone. The claims specialist does not explain ALL procedures. They leave policy holders completely confused and irritated!

GBThe reps really do care!… The reps really do care and will bend over backwards to get you a great rate! My car was damaged in a hail storm, I thought my insurance would go up... When I renewed it actually went down🤑😁

GBHad them for years Never had a problem with Elephant. Had them probably 7-9 years approximately. Rates were comparable, customer service was good. Just decided to go with another company because of adding another vehicle and rates being a little better. I would recommend. Also I had a couple of fender benders and they did pay off and took care of me.
