I'm wrote to confirm the termination of my insurance policy, which was supposed to start effect on 4/31/24 but was charged for an additional month

GBThe Claims procedures and department Elephant Insurance needs work on the claims department. They do not answer their phone. The claims specialist does not explain ALL procedures. They leave policy holders completely confused and irritated!
