GBI'm in the middle WC claim I'm in a WC, insurance claim assaulted on the job. Elephant gave until Friday 3rd of May to make payments. I received a cancellation notice for the 30th April I spoke with a representative.

GBWhen first joing elephant I explained… When first joing elephant I explained or expressed that I was starting out monthly service because I would only be with the company for the next 30 days. I'm wrote to confirm the termination of my insurance policy, which was supposed to start effect on 4/31/24 but was charged for an additional month

He helped me through the entire process and he explained my next step that I had to do to file a claim with the persons insurance that actually hit our vehicle so I would definitely recommend Elephant Insurance to all my friends.

GBHad them for years Never had a problem with Elephant. Had them probably 7-9 years approximately. Rates were comparable, customer service was good. Just decided to go with another company because of adding another vehicle and rates being a little better. I would recommend. Also I had a couple of fender benders and they did pay off and took care of me.
