When I disagreed with their premium estimation, they always listened to my complaint on why. They always immediately made an attempt to review my policy. They looked for areas to reduce, and adjusted the estimated premium right away, before l hung up the phone. Also, within a 24-hours time frame, my new changes were sent as proof to my email that 'We stand by our Word', so, l remains with their services. Thanks Elephant 🐘 Insurance
