USI'm in the middle WC claim I'm in a WC, insurance claim assaulted on the job. Elephant gave until Friday 3rd of May to make payments. I received a cancellation notice for the 30th April I spoke with a representative.

USPlease find her! I can’t remember her name!! The associate who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I had just called after a terrible experience at another insurance company, and she made me feel like I had made the right choice to call Elephant. I was so frustrated from the last company and she made the whole process of switching over seamless. I wish she was my customer service person for everything!
