Appreciate Kanguro Services I am writing to express my satisfaction with the prompt reimbursement process for the services my puppy has received, whether routine or emergency. The efficiency of the system is commendable and greatly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement to the claims submission process. Providing an option to submit claims via computer would be a significant improvement. It would offer greater convenience and accessibility, allowing for a more user-friendly experience.

I gave them 5 stars because of their…customer service rep. Camalia/1 I gave them 5 stars because of their customer service representative, Camalia. She walked me through the entire process of how to send the documents through email. I am old and am not familiar with computer tech. stuff without help. My daughter, usually helps me. But she was at work and I needed to file a claim. Camalia made all the difference. If it weren't for her I would have given the company 1 star at best.

Best insurance ever It has been a difficult few months with my baby after an accident with his paw; Kanguro has definitely been a big help, they have covered a lot of his exams, surgery and medications. I am very grateful and satisfied with the service provided. Koby (my baby) and I thank you.

Customer service good, online app not so good! The Customer service once you are able to reach an agent is very good. Although as a new customer, I was only able to speak to a live agent in Spanish, never in English. Thankfully, I am bilingual. Also, the online app I find very unsatisfactory. It always seems to be down, have trouble uploading my documents and other glitches. The online app really has to be revamped and updated.
