Didn't get back 90% they star 90 a… Didn't get back 90% they star 90 a then 80 and now 60% my insurance gro up as well my deductible. Didn't let me know. Every year will increase. I'm sad about everything they said. But Didn't do everything are lies. Nice service but it's all. Not recommended this insurance

I'm kinda new but when my ruby girl was… I'm kinda new but when my ruby girl was hurt and scared I was relieved that I had kanguro I knew we'd be OK. She has her cast off and the reimbursement assistant made it so easy for me and everyone is so helpful and genuinely cared how my ruby was doing. I love them and will be getting all my crew this coverage.

Appreciate Kanguro Services I am writing to express my satisfaction with the prompt reimbursement process for the services my puppy has received, whether routine or emergency. The efficiency of the system is commendable and greatly appreciated. However, I would like to suggest an enhancement to the claims submission process. Providing an option to submit claims via computer would be a significant improvement. It would offer greater convenience and accessibility, allowing for a more user-friendly experience.

I give it 1 star because the Customer… I give it 1 star because the Customer Support Specialist was very responsive. Otherwise, the experience has been poor. App has never worked, still doesn't. Hence, can't file a claim easily using the "app" or anywhere else online. Had to waste time searching for contact details and get two invoices submitted through an email address to CSS. Can't check status of claims because again the app doesn't work and there is no place to submit online.
