USI attempted to purchase a policy… I attempted to purchase a policy through Neptune. I added my payment information on their website, and only then did they allow me access to read the fine print. Upon reading the fine print, I elected not to purchase the policy. But it was too late, they had already taken my money. Now they are slow walking getting me the refund and refusing to allow me to talk to senior management to get the refund turned around in a timely manner. Bottom line, no thanks, I will never use Neptune in the future for anything.

USGreat Customer Experience Great Customer Experience Website was easy to use and getting the quote and policy was straightforward. There was a minor glitch where my property was mapped to the wrong location. But the customer service team reached out immediately, explained the issue, requoted the policy, and taught me so much about insurance in doing so. Appreciated the patience, professionalism and overall great customer service from Kyle!

USWe had Liberty Mutual insurance for… We had Liberty Mutual insurance for everything. Our house had to have flood insurance so I had liberty mutual and they quoted Almost $4,000 a year and that’s above our home owner’s insurance that we were already paying. I asked our neighbor we they had it through and they recommended Neptune. I looked them up online and got a quote and it was below $700. I was shocked. I would recommend Neptune to everyone.
