USDeceptive Fee Structure After 1-Year Renewal Neptunes premium charges are deceptive. After the first year, you will be charged a $150 policy fee (which is odd, because there is no administrative cost for your auto-renewal). This fee is also considered to be ‘earned’ at the time of renewal; if you switch to a different provider without this fee, it will not be refunded as is required for the remaining premium. I don’t mind paying for quality services, but I mistrust companies that use disingenuous fee structures to pad their margins without delivering value in return.

USNeptune Flood Insurance was able to get a cheaper rate than my FIMA coverage. Neptune Flood Insurance was able to get me a lower rate by more than half my previous cost. The only weird thing is that my insurance would have been even cheaper if I had a two story house with a walkout basement vs mine which is a one story with a walkout basement.

USIt was easy and affordable It was easy and affordable. When a mistake by the system was realized the next morning, Neptune called me and offered me an even lower rate. I converted the lower rate into more coverage with a similar premium.

USCompany arbitrary changes location and… Company arbitrary changes location and addresses of my property for both insurance policies I have. First one - they did moved the location marker from the real location 100 feet south, so it appeard in the floodzone, and raked insurance rate +60% Second one - they arbitrary changed the real postal address to an "apartment" in the neighbouring building.
