GBThank You Kudos to Neptune Flood! We had a concern with our Policy and were unable to resolve the issue through normal channels. After raising the issue directly with Neptune they resolved the problem within 24 hours. While it's preferable not to have an issue in the first place, it's good to see positive and timely response to fully address the problem.

But the customer service team reached out immediately, explained the issue, requoted the policy, and taught me so much about insurance in doing so.
