GBSo far not too bad The website was malfunctioning and I got tired of having to keep trying to get in, I called them and shortly thereafter it worked. Hopefully I bought this insurance for no reason, but if I need them, that's where the rubber meets the road..... will my product get fixed properly and timely?..... GBi had a great transaction on the phone… i had a great transaction on the phone with a very helpful and quick representative. she was also funny and nice. the mobile app does need a good deal of work; very quirky and does not show full options for each operation.
